New Geforce 9 Products Launching on July 29

Geforce 9800GT & 9500GT to be precise. Just like much of the 9800 Series, 9800GT is just a renamed 8800GT based on G92 (112 Stream processors) while the 9500GT is based on a brand new GPU; G96. 8800GT will go EOL (End-of-Line), it has had a really good run and will go down in the history as one of the most popular cards. Hopefully this is the last of renaming, rebadging from Nvidia.

The 9500GT is really crucial for Nvidia as it replaces the troubled G86. Featuring 32 Stream processors and 512MB, it should provide a good match for AMD's Radeon 3650 will outperforming its older siblings; 8600GT & 8500GT. NDA is officially set to expire on July 29, 6AM PST.

Stumble it!
